How To Use The 3D Massage Roller

You can use this 3D roller to give yourself a quick massage. The two round shapes rotate 360 degrees together with the 6000 vibrations / min. This is perfect for your face and body. How to Use

3D Massage Roller recommended use it 5-10 min a day, with no more than 3-5 strokes at a time per area.

Double cleanse your skin.
Apply oil or a moisturiser to your skin.
Turn on the 3D Massage Roller on the bottom of the handle
Place it on your skin and pull or push the round shapes over your skin, always moving to the outside of your face.
Place one of the round shapes above the eyebrow and the other below pull from the inside of your face to the outside. Repeat 3 times.
Place the two round shapes just below the eyes and keep them there for about 10 seconds.
Place and pull the massage Tool head over your cheeks and jawline.
Use the round shaped part on acupressure points. I.e. temples, masseter, and top of the naso-labial fold.
You can also use this 3D Massage Roller over other parts of your body i.e. jawline, necks, inner arms, chest, inner and outer thighs, calves, etc.
Rinse with water after use.

The On/Off Switch

The on/off switch is hidden at the end of the massage tool. Twist it to turn it on and off.
